Mattress Return Policy
Mattresses and Foundations are non returnable.
Mattresses and Foundations may be issued a replacement if delivered damaged or later found to be defective. If your mattress or foundation is delivered damaged, contact the customer service. Defects discovered more than 72 hours after the mattress or foundation was delivered may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty is covered up to 1 year effective the date of purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy
Items delivered by us that were received damaged or have a manufacturers defect: have a 24 hours window after the delivery date. Please Call the phone number on your printed invoice and we will work to get you a repair or replacement covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any; please contact us.
In-Store Purchase Return
If you purchased in a store, check the terms and conditions provided to you on the invoice at the time of purchase. Please contact the store where you made the purchase. The store's phone number is located on your Invoice and on our Contact page
